In order to copy files from one Amazon S3 account to another, you need READ access for the source bucket and WRITE access for the destination bucket.

Step 1 - if all permissions are OK, navigate to the source bucket and select files and/or folders you want to copy or move.
Step 2 - click Files->Copy if you need to copy these files or click Files->Cut if you need to move these files.Select files and folders you want to copy or move between accounts
Step 3 - Open the destination (external) bucket and click Files->Paste to copy or move selected files to the destination Amazon S3 bucket.Open the destination (external) bucket and click Files->Paste. You can also use Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut.
S3 Browser will start the copy/move operation and will refresh the files list when the operation is completed.You can track progress on the Tasks tab.All files were successfully copied between accounts
