New Diagnostics tool allows you to gather detailed information needed for troubleshooting.

You may use this tool to send us detailed technical information if you have any troubles with S3 Browser.

We use this information to fix bugs and improve S3 Browser. All reports are considered as confidential and anonymous.

To prepare diagnostic data:

1. Start S3 Browser, click Tools -> Diagnostics.
2. Wait till the data will be prepared.
3. Click Add your comment if you want to include any additional comments, for example steps needed to reproduce the issue, your email if you want to be notified when the problem will be fixed, etc.
4. Click the Send button.
